Ontime Healthcare is looking for dedicated and passionate support workers to join our team to take up casual work available across a variety of days and shifts across Bendigo.

Key Responsibilities
* Support consumers with daily living tasks such as personal care, grooming etc.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to consumers, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
* Promote independence and encourage consumers to achieve their goals and aspirations.
* Maintain accurate records and document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Communicate effectively with other professionals involved in the consumers care, including family members and external healthcare professionals.
What You Will Need
You are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career as a support worker. To be considered for these roles, you will need:
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation), or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support, or completion of first year of Bachelor of Nursing.
* Previous experience working within a related field.
* Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team.
* Current Police Check or willing to obtain.
* Up-to-date Vaccination requirements as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook.
