Project Manager (Gold Coast)
This is a permanent role based on the Gold Coast, with 2 days in office and 3 days working from home.

This program is about delivering 'one best way' as Westpac embarks on a bold new venture to expand its Digital Banking team into Southeast Queensland.
Your Role
You will support multiple squads to deliver features on our digital platforms, managing each work request's scope, estimation, and delivery timelines.
* Coordinate agile activities including PI planning, sprints, and stand-ups.
* Support teams to resolve dependency, capacity, and resource issues.
* Proactively manage dependencies, issues, and risks.
* Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
* Manage and deliver changes to production, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and processes are adhered to.
* Work with other project managers, BAs, and Coaches to ensure consistency in our ways of working across teams.
* Support Product Owners in each team to engage, inform, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders using product backlogs as the basis for discussions.

What do you need?
* 3+ years' experience as a Digital Project Manager/Scrum Master.
* A background in software and app development with experience working across digital products, mobile banking, and internet banking.
* Experience in end-to-end delivery of change.
* Experience in supporting and testing functional and non-functional changes for critical systems.
* Experience and confidence using industry-leading collaboration tools, including Jira and Confluence.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* The ability to actively participate and contribute to all agile ceremonies.
