The Opportunity
Be part of a team redefining how care is delivered across Australia's public hospital system. At Amplar Health, you'll work closely with hospital partners to co‐create solutions that improve access, efficiency, and patient outcomes at scale; shaping the way Australians receive hospital care beyond traditional settings.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, and driving meaningful change across a critical part of the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a portfolio of public hospital partnerships
* Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and unlock new growth
* Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
* Shape and deliver proposals, tenders, and partnership solutions
* Collaborate internally to ensure seamless implementation and delivery outcomes
* Communicate impact through insights, performance data, and success stories
Must Haves
* Experience in health partnerships, customer success, or business development
* Strong understanding of the public health system and stakeholder environment
* Proven ability to influence and engage across complex organisations
* Commercial acumen with a focus on growth and long‐term value creation
* Passion for improving outcomes within public healthcare systems
* Highly adaptable, collaborative, and solutions‐oriented mindset
