Job Description
We have opportunities for Registered or near-Registered Valuers to join our Valuation & Advisory Services team in our Bay of Plenty or Waikato offices. Colliers is a well-established and respected brand in these regional markets, and we are looking for individuals who can continue to build on Colliers' reputation for excellent service and sound property advice. We are open to discussions with experienced valuers seeking a change in location and/or those nearing registration who want to elevate their experience and profile.

* Deliver timely and quality valuation and consultancy advice, reports, and quotations
* Ensure the provision of high standards of service to our clients
* Assess current market values and properties

Qualifications
* Registered or near-Registered Valuer
* Tertiary qualification in property
* Industry knowledge of relevant property markets
