Establishing a strong foundation in administrative support is crucial for success in this role. A Human Resources Administrator will play a pivotal part in our HR team, requiring a solid background in office administration and a genuine interest in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming job seekers and employees, addressing queries, and serving as the initial point of contact for accommodation-related matters.
* Preparing documentation for staff accommodation.
* Assisting the Occupational Health and Safety Officer with filing Workers Compensation Claims and other pertinent tasks.
* Maintaining adequate supplies of new starter packs and HR department forms.
* Ensuring employee files are always current, including archiving terminated employees.
* Performing daily HR department administration, including letter writing, filing, and photocopying.
* Providing assistance to the HR Manager or delegate with various administrative duties.
Requirements
* A mature and methodical approach to tasks.
* Ability to make informed decisions in line with resort policies and procedures.
* Confidentiality and previous experience in a HR department (preferable).
* A current driver's license and solid administrative background.
* Experience using Office 365 and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Well-developed organisational skills, calmly managing multiple tasks.
* Previous experience in human resources will be highly regarded.
