Position Overview
This role involves picking and preparing parts, delivering parts to local customers and workshops, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing friendly customer assistance in-store and over the phone. It's ideal for someone energetic, organized, and customer focused.

Key Responsibilities
Parts Handling & Warehouse Duties
* Accurately pick, pack, and label parts for customer orders and workshop jobs.
* Receive, check, and store incoming stock.
* Maintain an organized, tidy warehouse and parts area.
* Assist technicians by preparing parts for fitment.
Delivery Driving
* Safely deliver parts to local customers, workshops, and trade partners.
* Maintain delivery logs and handle goods with care.
* Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition.
Cleaning & Workplace Maintenance
* Perform general cleaning duties across the workshop, showroom, and warehouse.
* Ensure walkways, workbenches, and customer areas remain tidy and safe.
* Assist with waste management and stock room organization.
Customer Liaison
* Greet customers and provide basic product or service information.
* Assist in answering phone calls, preparing invoices, and organizing orders.
* Communicate clearly with customers regarding order status and delivery times.
* Work closely with the sales and workshop teams to ensure efficient service.

Requirements
* Current valid driver's license.
* Physically capable of lifting and handling automotive parts.
* Previous experience in automotive retail, warehousing, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
* Knowledge of 4x4 accessories is a bonus, but training is provided.
