Rehabilitation and Recovery Specialist
We're seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care in a brand new 24-bed building. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about mental health rehabilitation and committed to delivering best-practice care that prioritizes recovery.
About the Role
This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to consumers in a multidisciplinary team environment. You will work closely with colleagues to support consumers in achieving independence, skill development, and social inclusion. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to teaching, research, and service improvement initiatives, while mentoring and supporting less experienced staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field
- Current registration as a Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
- Experience working in mental health nursing, preferably in a rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
