We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Technician (Level 1) to manage and support a wide range of internal software systems, serving as the primary point of contact for user administration, technical support, and system-related communications.
Job Responsibilities
Administer user accounts across all supported systems, including account creation, configuration, permission assignment, and deactivation, while ensuring compliance with security protocols, and company policies.
Provide first-line support for system usability queries and technical issues, escalating to the Level 1/2 Technician as required.
Maintain and review role-based permissions structures, applying approved changes and ensuring alignment with internal security and access protocols.
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with project management and ticketing systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solver with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Experience with user administration and technical support for software systems is a plus.
