Responsibilities
* Provide guidance and support to individuals to secure sustainable employment.
* Identify barriers to employment and develop strategies to overcome them.
* Enhance job readiness through coaching, resume and interview preparation, and job search support.
* Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to support clients.
Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal skills and client-focused approach.
* Relevant qualifications related to employment services, counseling, social work, or related field.
