We are seeking a professional to manage our enterprise compliance framework.
The successful candidate will ensure accurate regulatory reporting, effective monitoring, and support the governance of compliance frameworks through detailed record-keeping and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include leading monitoring and oversight activities related to breach policies and associated standards, maintaining libraries of reportable situation provisions, and overseeing records of compliance assessments and regulator notifications.
In addition, the Compliance Manager will provide expert advice and guidance as a subject matter expert, prepare reports for boards and committees, and support the implementation of 3 Lines of Accountability risk and compliance management models.
Required skills and qualifications include a tertiary qualification in law, business, risk, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years' experience in compliance within financial services, including superannuation and investments. A detailed knowledge of compliance, legislative & regulatory requirements, experience in breach management and regulatory reporting, excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
