This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone to take ownership of user growth, with a clear focus on acquisition and activation. The role is responsible for bringing traders into TradePoints and ensuring they actively use the platform.
About TradePoints
TradePoints is building the rewards layer for the trading industry. We partner with brokers, prop firms, and trading service providers to allow traders to earn points through their activity and redeem them for trading-related products.
Responsibilities
* Drive user acquisition through campaigns, partnerships, and distribution channels
* Improve activation rates (signup to first reward redemption)
* Plan and execute growth campaigns (webinars, incentives, partner promotions)
* Work with partners to promote TradePoints to their user base
* Identify and build repeatable growth channels
* Track and optimise key metrics including user acquisition, activation, and retention
Requirements
* Experience in marketing, growth, or user acquisition roles
* Demonstrated ability to grow a product, platform, or user base
* Strong understanding of funnels, user behaviour, and conversion
* Ability to execute quickly and take ownership of outcomes
* Experience in fintech, trading, or SaaS is preferred
