WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW This Marketing Communications Manager role will report to the Group Sales and Marketing Director. You will be responsible for the overall management of a diverse brand portfolio which includes external, and company owned brands. This will be achieved through your exceptional leadership of a team of 3 brand marketers, of which all are direct reports, working alongside Content Creation and Education and Events teams. You will participate in the development of strategic brand plans, including advertising, digital marketing and promotional programs. You will develop and drive category led approach to Brand Marketing activity. You will work closely with the Group Director to ensure support of the sales team to achieve marketing objectives. You will lead, coach and mentor an effective team of 3 direct reports (Senior Brand Managers). You will participate in the new product development processes and prepare forecasts to execute best placed campaigns and timings to enhance revenue. You will manage P&L. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure compliance with TGA guidelines. WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED TO LAND THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY Experience in a similar marketing leadership role in the dental or medical device sectors. You are a high performing and experienced Marketing Manager ready to take on a new challenge in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to influence and direct strategy with strong management experience. Tertiary qualification in marketing or business-related degree preferred. Experience across the whole marketing mix from concept to execution. Marketing communications knowledge and experience.
