About the Role
This position will be a cornerstone of our Rockingham-based OT program, helping shape a service that puts families and community first.
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Senior Occupational Therapist to lead OT services in Rockingham and surrounding suburbs.
* Community-based OT assessments and interventions
* Functional Capacity Assessments and NDIS-aligned reporting
* Paediatric early-intervention and capacity-building therapy
* Support daily living skills, sensory needs, emotional regulation and school/community participation
Key Responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with families, schools, support coordinators and allied health peers
* Contribute to service development and uphold high clinical standards
* Mentor therapy assistants and future clinicians as the service grows
About You
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with 3+ years experience, ideally in paediatrics and NDIS settings.
You must have excellent clinical reasoning and clear, high-quality reporting skills.
Trauma-informed and family-centred approach required.
Australian work rights required for this position.
