About the Role
The successful applicant will lead the strategic direction of our Early Learning Centres, fostering a nurturing environment, ensuring compliance with national regulations, and driving excellence in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop high-quality educational programs aligned with VEYLDF and the National Quality Framework.
* Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Nurture strong relationships with families, children, staff and the broader community.
* Oversee staff recruitment, induction, professional development and performance management.
* Manage administrative processes and budgetary requirements.
* Coordinate transition programs, excursions and specialist activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within an early learning setting.
* Solid knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
* Ability to lead and inspire teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational capabilities.
