Sanctuary Personnel have a new permanent position available for a Social Worker within the Safeguarding Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out initial, core and specialised assessments as per national guidelines to formulate support plans for service users.
* Attend multi-disciplinary teams and meetings to assist and analyse the needs of service users
