Key Responsibilities
The role involves building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service. This includes identifying opportunities for business growth and developing effective sales strategies.
* Customer Service: Identify client needs, manage after-sales service, and expand product and service offerings.
* Business Growth: Promote business growth, identify opportunities, canvass customers, and promote company services.
* Division/Branch Support: Provide assistance and support to other division/branch activities and ensure designated key performance indicators are met.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for promoting company products and services across all activities and maintaining effective relationships with key suppliers and industry personnel.
