Job Title
A Trade Assistant role at our company involves supporting plumbers and other tradespeople in accessing products for building and renovation projects.
You will be required to provide customer service, information about products, and undertake tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.
* Provide quotes both in person and over the phone.
* Pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
* Help ensure accurate product information.
* Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
* Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in retail sales or customer service, who is passionate about helping customers both in person and over the phone.
You should have basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
A clean, valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is also required.
