Our client is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join their Community Mental Health team in Shepparton. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based mental health assessment, case management and treatment planning, working closely with consumers, carers and community services to support recovery-focused outcomes.

The Role
* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and risk assessments.
* Develop treatment plans and risk management strategies.
* Deliver case management for consumers experiencing acute or complex mental health presentations.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, psychologists, social workers and occupational therapists.
* Provide education and support to consumers, families and carers.
* Liaise with community services and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
* Respond to changes in clinical presentation and adjust treatment accordingly.
About You
* Relevant qualification in Psychiatric Nursing, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy.
* Post graduate diploma in Mental Health.
* Current AHPRA registration or AASW eligibility (depending on discipline)
* Experience in community mental health, case management or acute mental health services
* Strong skills in mental state examination, risk assessment and treatment planning
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Understanding of the Mental Health Act (Vic) 2014
* Current driver's licence
