We're now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Estate Manager to join our team and take the lead on sales delivery across one or more of our premier land estate projects. You'll be the face of the community, engaging with customers, driving results, and contributing to the broader strategy behind successful project delivery.

The Role
Be the knowledgeable and trusted face of the project, delivering outstanding customer service and sales outcomes
Build strong relationships with purchasers, builders, and stakeholders
Deliver weekly reporting and market commentary across sales, market trends, and buyer behaviour
Work closely with the Sales Manager and Project Managers to enhance project performance through strategic recommendations
Take ownership of the contract to settlement process and CRM management (Salesforce)
In conjunction with the team represent the project at events, builder functions and other networking opportunities
Support marketing initiatives and upcoming release strategies with insight and enthusiasm
Opportunity to earn additional remuneration through internal referrals
About You:
A confident, proactive communicator with a passion for property and people
Highly organised, motivated and results focused
Someone who enjoys independence, but thrives in a team environment
Passionate about customer service and creating positive buyer journeys
Energetic, friendly and approachable with a "can do" attitude and genuine enthusiasm
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 1 years' experience in land or new home sales
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong networks
Strong administration and reporting skills, with intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
