This is a leadership role where your technical expertise and people management skills will be highly valued.
The Role
* Working alongside a partner in a collaborative environment
* Leading and managing a tax compliance team
* Drive performance to meet compliance deadlines and operational targets
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
* Review and oversee financial statements and tax compliance
* Identify and advise on Div 7A, CGT, GST & FBT matters
* Mentor, train and develop team members
* Work on juicy advisory services
Ideally, you'll be;
* A CA/CPA Qualified experienced Business Services Manager with 1–2 years' experience managing a team
* Great at building and maintaining client relationships
* Excellent at planning and time management
* A confident communicator with the ability to collaborate in a hybrid team environment
* A passionate mentor and role model for upcoming accountants
* Passionate about helping Australian Businesses FLOURISH!
