* Design & construction with auto-cad design facility

* Preventative maintenance

We are now seeking to sponsor a fulltime Air-condition and refrigeration technician to join our business.
* A competitive hourly rate based on experience;
* A fully maintained company service vehicle;
* A company uniform supplied including PPE;
* Company supplied specialist tools as required;
* Portable long service leave; and
* A company phone and laptop.
To be considered for the role we are seeking the following certifications and experience:
* Experience with commercial HVAC & refrigeration plants including chilled water plants, package, ducted and VRV systems, cool rooms, freezer rooms & commercial fridges- at least 2 years of full-time experience
* Have a sound understanding of fault finding within electrical circuits;
* Have an understanding of BMS controls;
* Be able to take ownership of your sites and carry out routine maintenance programmes;
* Be able to carry out breakdowns and repairs of air conditioning units and refrigeration systems;
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake HVAC and refrigeration preventative, reactive and planned maintenance within commercial and health environments;
* Undertake equipment inspections as part of a preventative maintenance job plan;
* Have exceptional customer service skills and be confident in writing detailed service reports; and
* Be able to work within a team environment for the future growth of the company.
