This is an ideal opportunity for self-motivated people seeking insight into a vibrant company of young professionals. We are sourcing a Permanent Full-Time Office Administration Manager to manage our existing administration team and accounts within our Willetton office.

Links Surveying is a Perth-based surveying firm of Licensed Surveyors, Engineering Surveyors and junior surveyors under tuition and guidance. We are client-focused, providing quality land surveying services predominantly for residential housing and Land Development, Engineering, and Construction sectors.

We have a reputation for providing professional surveying services through reliability and precision, with a sound knowledge of Xero and experience in managing small teams (approx 5 people). Familiarity with dealings with statutory authorities such as Landgate and Local Council is preferred. Strong written, computer literacy and verbal communication skills with clients, team members, and associated trades are essential. A clear understanding of office procedures and the ability to respond effectively to changes in project conditions and client requirements are required. Applicants must be Australian residents.

Daily Responsibilities

* All company accounts – wages, accounts payable/receivable, statements, etc.
* Reception / switchboard
* Maintenance of job and order records
* Filing, collating, photocopying
