Junior Graphic Designer – AAT Kings (6-Month Fixed Term Contract) Sydney | Hybrid

The Role
We're looking for a creative and driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our AAT Kings Group marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. With a strong focus on video and social-first content, you\'ll work alongside our Senior Designers to produce compelling assets across digital, video, and print channels from Instagram Reels to brochures that drive real campaign impact.
What You'll Be Doing
* Editing and producing video content for social, paid media, web, and trade channels
* Creating short-form, platform-optimised content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
* Designing digital assets including EDMs, display ads, and social graphics
* Supporting the production of brochures and print collateral
* Assisting on photoshoots and video shoots
* Managing and organising the digital asset library
* Collaborating with marketing stakeholders to deliver on-brand, campaign-aligned creative
* Staying on top of design, video, and social trends
What You'll Bring
* 1-2 years\' experience in graphic design, video editing, or a related field
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, and Photoshop
* A good eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
* Understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
* Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball
* Bonus points for: CapCut or Canva experience, basic photography/videography skills, or a background in travel or tourism
