Help shape the brand and growth of a leading digital commerce consultancy.

At Amblique, we partner with some of the world's most innovative retail and commerce platforms, including Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Fluent Commerce, to deliver best-in-class digital commerce experiences. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is as comfortable rolling up their sleeves as they are thinking strategically, someone eager to grow their career while helping us grow ours.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote maternity leave contract for a Marketing Manager, expected to run for more than 12 months. The Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and leading Amblique's marketing strategy to drive brand leadership, demand generation, and partner alignment.

This role owns Amblique's annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring the business is positioned as the leading digital commerce consultancy in ANZ. The Marketing Manager acts as brand guardian across all channels, develops integrated campaigns that fuel the sales pipeline, and drives ecosystem visibility with partners including Shopify, Salesforce and Fluent Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

* Own Amblique's annual marketing strategy, brand positioning, and market narrative.
* Act as brand guardian across all public-facing documentation, presentations, and digital assets.
* Define positioning and messaging across platforms (Shopify, Salesforce and Fluent Commerce) to support growth objectives.

Public Relations & Content Marketing

* Lead Amblique's PR strategy and editorial calendar, including award submissions, case studies, and media engagement.
* Maintain and evolve the Amblique website, including events, client listings, and partner content.
* Grow Amblique's social media presence, ensuring regular, relevant content that builds engagement and reach.
* Produce marketing content, including thought leadership, whitepapers, and success stories, in collaboration with sales and client success.

Events & Community Engagement

* Lead strategy and execution (plan, budget, and manage logistics) for Amblique-hosted and industry events, including ShopTalk, prospect events, and exhibitions.
* Secure sponsorships, help coordinate speakers, grow attendees, responsible for all event logistics and ensure smooth event delivery.
* Represent Amblique at industry events to strengthen the brand's and ecosystem's presence.
* Manage event communications with partners, sponsors, and attendees.

Partner & Ecosystem Marketing

* Build and execute joint marketing initiatives with key partners (Shopify, Salesforce, Fluent Commerce).
* Leverage partner funding programs and co-marketing opportunities to extend Amblique's reach.
* Drive ecosystem visibility through joint campaigns and partner events.

Demand Generation & Sales Support

* Design and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content, and events to generate qualified leads and build pipeline.
* Develop, maintain and grow contacts database
* Support the sales team by preparing presentations, RFP responses, and pitch materials.
* Partner with the sales team to develop and maintain sales templates, collateral, and research to increase sales productivity.

Budget & Administration

* Own the annual marketing budget across events, PR, content, and sales initiatives.
* Report monthly on spend vs. plan and campaign ROI.
* Ensure all initiatives are delivered within budget and provide regular reporting on spend and ROI.

What we are looking for

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in digital commerce, SaaS, or digital agencies
* Proven track record in demand generation, event management, and campaign execution
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budget creation and control.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content
* Knowledge of digital commerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce, Fluent Commerce) is desirable
* Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery across multiple projects
