About the Role:
This role requires a passionate and professional
Motorcycle Sales Executive
who understands premium brands and the importance of providing excellent customer service with every customer interaction.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Welcome new and existing customers to the dealership.
Build rapport and foster successful relationships.
Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Road to a Sale.
Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries via phone, online or walk-ins using appropriate methods.
Diligence in following up on all customer paperwork, with strong attention to detail.
About you:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
You are self-motivated and have a winning attitude towards success.
You are committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
You have experience in a similar role or with premium automotive brands.
You have a strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
Ability to work well within a team environment
Passion for Motorcycles
Be available to work 1/2 days on Saturdays (with a monthly RDO)
