We are seeking enthusiastic Traffic Controllers to join the All Set Traffic Solutions team in Adelaide, SA. This is a casual position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Traffic Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of motorists, pedestrians and construction workers at various worksites across the city.

What we're looking for-
* Excellent verbal communication and the ability to work well in a team environment.
* A valid Work Zone Traffic Management (WZTM) Ticket.
* A current Construction Induction (White) Card.
* A valid driver's licence.
* Own vehicle required for travel to and from job sites.
* Experience in traffic management is a plus, but not required – we're committed to supporting your professional growth.
Duties and responsibilities-
* Setting up, implementing, and monitoring Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
* Performing vehicle pre-start checks and reporting any defects.
* Loading and unloading traffic control vehicles with signage, cones, and equipment.
* Managing traffic flow, pedestrians, and cyclists to protect work crews and the public.
* Accurately completing daily paperwork and compliance documentation.
* Reporting site hazards, near misses, and incidents as required.
* Communicating clearly with team members and following directions from supervisors and inspectors.
* Maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient work zone at all times.
