Project Leader Role
This role is responsible for managing and coordinating supervisors, site engineers, and sub-contractors across multiple work fronts and disciplines to meet quality requirements.
Effective cost management is critical in this position, as you will need to track daily costs and budgets to understand the cost to complete.
Liaising with community, council, and service authorities is also a key aspect of this role.
Key deliverables include identifying, capturing, and issuing variations and EOTs.
In addition, you will be required to identify design and constructability issues and provide efficient solutions considering stakeholder interests and delivery team needs.

Requirements
* A degree-level qualification in Engineering (Civil) is essential.
* At least 5 years' experience in project delivery across mid to large-scale civil projects is required.
* Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to manage stakeholder interests.
* Professional acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a strong safety focus are also required.
