Job Summary: As a key member of our corporate law unit, you will work with a talented team of legal professionals to provide specialist advice to decision makers, executives and employees on matters affecting agency operations.
Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic legal advice on issues relating to the functions and powers of the ACCC
* Develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels within the agency
* Lead a team of legal professionals to provide responsive client service
Requirements:
* Admission as a practitioner of the High Court or the Supreme Court of an Australian State or Territory, or the ability to become so admitted before commencing in the role
* Substantial legal experience at a senior practitioner level in matters relevant to the functions of CLU
* Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate legal and strategic advice clearly to a range of audiences
