Project Finance Accountant – RATP Dev

About The Role
- Maintain project budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition, billing and profitability analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, WIP, accounts receivable and uphold internal financial controls.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reconcile general‑ledger accounts.
- Support tax compliance, audits and reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, budgets and joint‑venture finance processes.
- Oversee payroll, workers’ compensation and other project‑related financial obligations.
- Implement improvements to financial systems and processes.
- Perform ad‑hoc accounting and finance duties, including monthly client payment claims.
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in project accounting or a similar finance role.
- Solid understanding of project structures, budgeting, reporting and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, tax requirements and internal financial controls.
- Experience with upstream payment claims and developing financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as NetSuite or Xero.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA, CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills with a detail‑oriented, team-oriented “can‑do” attitude.
