Your new role
As the Creative Designer, you'll lead the development of advertising, signage, and promotional content across print, digital, and video platforms. You'll collaborate with marketing, publicity, and ticketing professionals to deliver integrated campaigns that are inclusive, accessible, and visually engaging. You'll manage external suppliers, guide seasonal staff, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. This role offers autonomy, creative freedom, and the opportunity to shape the visual identity of major cultural initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Marketing.
* At least five years' experience in design, ideally within the arts sector.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Microsoft Office.
* Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and marketing design principles.
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and accessible visual content across multiple platforms.
* Excellent time management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in video editing and CMS-based website content creation.
