In this role, you'll:
Lead capital and maintenance works delivery minimizing customer disruption while keeping the network safe, reliable, and available.
Manage Network Maintenance delivery, develop team skills, and drive best practice in road infrastructure projects. Deliver safety, efficiency, and value-for-money outcomes.
Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams ensuring infrastructure projects and maintenance works meet time, cost, quality, and scope requirements while complying with legislative, environmental, and safety standards.
Ensure worker and customer safety is paramount.
Implement project controls for maintenance projects, contracts, and technical specifications.
Promote continuous improvement by monitoring performance and implementing best practices. Lead sustainability and innovation initiatives supporting network resilience and environmental responsibility.

About you:
* Program & Project Delivery Leadership – Extensive experience leading delivery of programs and projects by internal and external resources delivering high-quality outcomes
* Transport Infrastructure Expertise – Extensive experience in planning, development, construction, and maintenance of transport infrastructure
* Team Development – Demonstrated experience developing workforce capability and capacity, leading and managing people, and ensuring consistent application of safe, ethical behaviours
* Complex Organization Leadership – Proven ability leading complex organizations in dynamic environments
* Project Management Excellence – Experience managing teams of project managers and external providers delivering high-quality project outcomes
* Continuous Improvement Focus – Track record promoting innovation, sustainability, and best practice in delivery
* Relevant Qualifications – Tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, or related discipline and/or extensive relevant experience
* Driver Licence & Mobility – Current valid driver licence; willingness to travel as required including outside normal hours
