This role will design, build, and automate KPI reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into performance, enabling leaders to make data-driven strategic choices.
Responsible for solving complex business problems and can translate numbers into meaningful stories that influence business outcomes.About the role:Design, build, and maintain eCommerce KPI reports and dashboards that provide accurate and timely performance insights.Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and enable self-service access to data for stakeholders.Extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources (including SQL databases) to support decision-making.Monitor and interpret eCommerce performance metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights that guide strategic and operational priorities.About you:Strong capability in working with and manipulating data, with advanced Excel.SQL experience (data extraction and querying) - highly desirableExperience using reporting and data visualization tools (such as GA4, MicroStrategy, or Looker)Ability to automate reports and build intuitive dashboards that enable self-service insights.Solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs, performance metrics, and digital analyticsStrong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilityExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment (ideally retail or eCommerce)Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analytics, Data Science, eCommerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Minimum 2 years' experience in a reporting, data analyst, or eCommerce analytics roleBenefits to you:Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts.Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave - arrange work around your life, not life around work.A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for success.Career growth and succession opportunities across the business.Here, you're not only an employee.
