We are currently seeking a Security Officer / Gatehouse Attendant to join our team in Osborne Park. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for anyone entering or exiting our site, helping us maintain a secure and well‑managed operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to safety.
Shifts & Roster
This role operates on a rotating 4‑week roster consisting of :
* 7 Morning Shifts : 3 : 15 AM – 11 : 15 AM
* 7 Afternoon Shifts : 11 : 15 AM – 7 : 15 PM
* 7 Night Shifts : 7 : 15 PM – 3 : 15 AM
* 2 days off between each shift rotation
Penalty rates apply
* Saturday : 50% loading
* Sunday : 75% loading
* Afternoon & Night Shifts : 15% loading on base rate

Daily Tasks
* Performing Gatehouse duties, including greeting and managing entry for staff, visitors, and contractors
* Operating the weighbridge system to monitor vehicle movement and weight
* Managing site access control and ensuring compliance with visitor and contractor protocols
* Carrying out office administration tasks, including recording staff absentees
* Responding to alarms and assisting with emergency protocols as required
* Overseeing vehicle access at multiple site entry points
* Monitoring and updating turnstile and access records
* Conducting routine site patrols to ensure safety and security
