**Job Description**:
As the In-Work Support Coach will be responsible for the support, guidance and administration of our clients as they move through the In-Work Support phase. The In-Work Support Coach will support internal atWork stakeholders as well as clients and employers with the view to ensure our service is of high quality and to retain and sustain long term employment opportunities.
**Specific accountabilities**:
- Liaise with employers, clients and other team members to assist clients to maintain their employment;
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder relations and promote collaboration between internal stakeholders on decisions and communication;
- Assist with management of claims;
- Escalate risks or concerns through appropriate channels; and
- Ensure full compliance with Employment Services Contract by passing internal and external audits, as well as compliance with internal policies and procedures.
This role will be supporting out clients based out of our Ballarat and Eureka regions.
Additional Information
**What you need**:
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced administration environment;
- Proven experience working with targets and KPI's; and
- Ability to problem solve and implement new strategies.
