We are looking for Casual Educators possibility to go Permanent Part- Time.
You are a qualified Certificate III or Diploma qualified, Educator / Senior Educator / Room leader with or without relevant experience working in a child care setting and interested in working in an organisation that supports you to do what you love to do most– support children and their families?

You’ll work with a team of early childhood professionals to deliver SDN’s
innovative, high quality and inclusive program for children, while building strong,
meaningful relationships with children and families, and delivering the support of
the SDN village to their lives.
About you
· A compassionate, patient, and dedicated individual who genuinely enjoys working with children.
· Qualified with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care along with a demonstrated understanding of the early years learning framework
· Able to create and maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for children.

About the role
· Providing care and supervision to children in a safe and stimulating environment.
· Planning and implementing fun and educational activities that foster developmental growth.
· Encouraging creativity, social skills and emotional development through interactive play and learning.
· Communicating with families to share milestones and updates on their child’s progress.
· Collaborating with a team of passionate educators to build a positive, inclusive learning space.
You will need
· Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or other relevant ACECQA approved qualifications or a Diploma Qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
· Demonstrated experience in an early childhood education and care setting. will be good to have
· Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework
· Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Standards
· Working with Children Check and current Senior First Aid qualification
· Sound understanding of the development of children, their health, hygiene and nutritional needs
· Willing to undertake responsible person duties

What it’s like to work with our village
SDN Crookwell Preschool is a 35 place, community-based centre for children aged three to five years.
Our qualified educators recognise and build on children's interests and strengths and they encourage and support children to pursue their own interests and to learn through play. The centre has an extensive outdoor play area with trees for climbing, real grass for ball games and nature to explore. Crookwell Memorial Oval is across the road from us, so we also have plenty of extra space for games and activities.
