About the Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to a Senior Business Partner, you'll play a key hands‐on role supporting leaders and employees across the business.
You'll provide day‐to‐day HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle, help deliver People & Culture initiatives, and contribute to building a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Advisory Support
* Provide timely, practical HR advice to managers and employees on performance, conduct, employee relations, and workplace policies
* Act as the go‐to point of contact for HR processes and employee lifecycle matters
* Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and teams
Employee Lifecycle Management
* Support onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
* Assist with employee relations matters, including performance improvement, disciplinary processes, and workplace concerns
* Ensure accurate HR documentation, employee records, and data in HR systems
People Experience & Culture
* Help deliver performance management frameworks and employee engagement initiatives
* Support culture uplift programs and promote an inclusive, positive workplace
* Contribute to broader People & Culture projects and organisational change activities
Compliance, Data & Insights
* Ensure all HR practices align with Australian employment legislation and company policies
* Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and workforce planning insights
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* 3–5 years' experience in Human Resources, ideally within professional services, consulting, or IT services
* Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices
* Proven experience providing HR advice to managers and handling employee relations matters
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Proficiency with HRIS systems (Oracle Fusion experience is highly desirable)
* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
