Key Responsibilities
The Store Leader is accountable for driving sales and operational excellence within the store. They are responsible for recruiting and retaining top talent, coaching and motivating staff, and ensuring operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer-service management experience in retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of driving sales and operations to meet targets and metrics.
* Reinforce customer-centricity by delivering an exceptional people experience.
* Set goals and performance expectations for the team, focusing on sales, people, audit & compliance, visual merchandising, wages, safety, and stock movement.
* Monitor and manage performance to meet company standards.
* Ensure stores are open and ready for daily trade and promotions.
* Optimise stock levels to reduce shrinkage and increase sales.
* Manage wages for profitability and operational efficiency.
* Analyse and interpret sales conversion and customer engagement measures.
* Lead the team through effective communication and training.
* Maintain a safe working environment.
