About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will provide expert nursing consultancy to patients, carers, and healthcare teams. Your role is pivotal in advancing evidence-based, person-centred clinical practice. In this role you will:
* Provide advanced clinical nursing advice to support safe, high-quality patient care.
* Lead specialty-focused education programs to enhance team capability and outcomes.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical care models and quality initiatives.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient, effective patient care.
* Identify contemporary issues and make recommendations to improve service delivery.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse with relevant postgraduate qualifications.
* At least five years post-registration experience, including three years in the specialty area.
* Demonstrated leadership in evidence-based practice, mentoring, and clinical education.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
* Experience in planning, quality improvement, and service development initiatives.
