Role Overview
: Global Core Operations team – Business Systems Analyst (12-month secondment). You will support core business-facing applications and contribute to the intersection of business and technology in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support core business applications.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
Implement system functionality, including demonstrations and training.
Complete documentation: requirements documents, user manuals, and other operating guides.
Assist with scoping new functionality and onboarding various business lines.
Recommend and implement continuous improvement of business processes and applications.
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across all business units and levels.
What You'll Bring
Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience liaising with development, deployment, infrastructure, server, and database administration teams, ensuring clear communication with business and managerial stakeholders.
