We are seeking an experienced Information Security Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the security team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities
* Cybersecurity Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement security strategies that align with business objectives.
* Advise on security architecture and risk mitigation approaches to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
* Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and document security requirements for systems, applications, and processes.
* Identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and recommend controls to mitigate potential threats.
* Document and track risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001), and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
* Security Solutions Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement secure systems and processes that meet business needs.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Use tools like Power BI to track security metrics, incidents, and project progress.
* Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making.
* Assist in investigating and responding to security incidents and breaches in a timely and effective manner.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to facilitate communication and collaboration.
* Communicate complex security concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner to ensure understanding and buy-in.
