Amity Health is seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Clinician (Registered Nurse) to join our Wheatbelt team in a unique Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) arrangement.

About the Opportunity
As a Senior Mental Health Clinician supporting our Wheatbelt Team, your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering evidence-based, person-centred, and recovery-oriented care coordination to our clients
* Undertaking comprehensive mental health assessments, triaging, and completing risk assessments.
* The development and implementation, and review of collaborative care and recovery plans with clients and carers.
* Providing clinical case management, crisis intervention, and therapeutic interventions as required.
* Offering clinical guidance, mentoring, and professional supervision to team members delivering coordinated care.
* Contributing to service development, health promotion, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
* Ensuring the completion of accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with legislation, standards, and Amity Health policies.
This 12-month, fixed-term contract opportunity is ideal for Perth-based clinicians looking to undertake meaningful regional mental health work without relocating. The role operates on a DIDO 1 week on / 1 week off roster, supporting strong work-life balance. Travel allowance and accommodation are provided during your on-site week.
About You
You will bring:
* Registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
* Demonstrated experience in mental health clinical practice
* Experience in care coordination and recovery-oriented approaches
* Strong assessment, risk management and case management skills
* Leadership capability and experience supporting other clinicians
* A commitment to improving mental health outcomes in regional communities.
