This is a great opportunity to join a facilities services company based in Sydney, which provides a variety of services from general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. My client has been operating in the Sydney Metro area for almost 20 years, and you will be joining the plumbing division of the business who works with a variety of clients from government sites, education, correctional centres and contracts into large facilities providers for large commercial offices and other key sites such as banks.
Your recent role
You will be joining the company as a Maintenance Plumber and working across the Sydney Metro region from Eastern Suburbs, South Sydney, Parramatta and The Hills District. Being a Maintenance Plumber, you will be a combination of planned and reactive maintenance. Your general responsibilities will be as follows :
Performing maintenance tasks such as inspections, diagnostics and repairs across Sydney Metro Use of reporting systems and completing paperwork for compliance Quoting of plumbing repairs Clearing blocked drains CCTV drain inspections Customer service skills interacting with clients and other team members
What you'll need to succeed
Cert III in PlumbingTMV & Backflow (Not required but highly regarded)White CardValid Driver's LicencePrevious experience in commercial maintenance plumbingAbility to pass a police check and a working with children's check
