We're currently looking for customer-focused and dedicated Customer Service Consultants to join our client in the Insurance sector. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will ensure a positive experience for customers.
This is a full-time role, with rotational shifts between the hours of 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday. One Saturday shift every month (penalty rates applied).

Duties and responsibilities include
* Manage inbound customer enquiries
* Provide accurate information on insurance products & services and attend to customer concerns
* Collaborate with team members and build strong relationships
We are looking for someone with :
* Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills
* Prior call centre experience preferred but not essential
