Travel Experience Manager
We are seeking a skilled Travel Experience Manager to support our growing Touring Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute client travel requirements, including VIP itineraries, while anticipating individual preferences and needs.
* Formulate logistical travel plans to deliver practical solutions, ensuring that budgets and requirements are met.
* Service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards of quality documentation.
* Investigate and resolve errors or client complaints adhering to customer service standards.
* Operate in accordance with client service level agreements (SLAs) and policies.
* Process complex reissues and pricing records accurately and manage Quality Control procedures.
* Deliver profit and sales targets for assigned clients.
* Negotiate vendor rates to reduce client expenditure.
* Complete administrative tasks, including accounting queries and reconciliation.
* Utilize TAG systems and respond to communications efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
* BS or BA degree in a relevant field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 4+ years of relevant travel consulting experience within a travel agency, managing high-demand clientele.
* Strong knowledge of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues.
* GDS experience (Travelport preferred).
* Versatility in booking flights, hotels, and understanding published airfares.
* Experience handling VIP, touring, film, theatre, production, or media clients, and/or group travel.
