The Company A well-established, complex organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial accounting and reporting function. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is responsible for end-to-end finance operations, ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to senior stakeholders and the Board. The Role Lead general ledger control, month-end close, reconciliations, fixed assets, leases, and provisions Oversee monthly, quarterly, and statutory reporting, including group consolidations and Board packs Ensure compliance with accounting standards and advise on complex transactions and business activities Manage cash flow, treasury, banking, and forecasting Oversee payroll and tax compliance, including statutory reporting and reconciliations Lead budgeting, long-term forecasting (including 5-year plans), and personnel cost forecasting Prepare and review capex submissions, feasibility models, and approval tracking Act as the key contact for internal and external auditors Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team while driving continuous improvement Your Profile Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or similar 5-10 years experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance leadership role Strong financial accounting and accounting standards knowledge Experience working with auditors and preparing annual financial statements Payroll, fixed assets, and complex organisational experience essential Confident leader with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
