**The Role**
The role will act as the key liaison between the Woolworths Category Management and Supply Chain Management teams and the production teams, to ensure the successful scheduling and delivery of goods. The role is highly accountable for driving a collaborative relationship between internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the most cost-effective production of finished goods.
While previous experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous it is not essential. This role is well suited to someone with experience in high-volume planning including backgrounds in transport, logistics and shipping.
**Your primary duties will include**:
- Collaboration with Category Management & Supply Chain Management teams in Woolworths.
- Demand & Supply Plan into Customised Order Plan.
- Proactively manage and track - oversell & undersell on promotions.
- Maintain appropriate stock level across the chain. End to End.
- Facilitate and be accountable for KPIs including; DIFOT (Delivery in Full and on time), Working Capital & Days of Supply, work to clear stock in relation to approaching quit / deletions, etc, data integrity
- Provide production with delivery schedule. Inline with Woolworths sales forecast. (Demand Planning).
**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a replenishment/inventory role
- Understanding of warehouse functions
- Organisational and time management skills
- Analytical skills
- Excellent Microsoft excel skill, including pivot tables
- Excellent computer skills - outlook, word, power point
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- MFG Pro experience would be beneficial but not essential
- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise
