Our client, an established Retail organisation, is seeking a motivated and passionate HR Coordinator to join their people-centric HR team on a permanent basis at their office in Northern Sydney (5 days onsite).
This is a true generalist role within a company where HR is valued, and is part of a team in which creative ideas are encouraged and welcomed
**The Role**
Reporting to a supportive HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will:
- Generate employee contracts, change letters and other HR documentation
- Support the HRBP with employee queries
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Utilise technology to capture HR data and generate reports
- Collaborate with the wider HR team on exciting engagement and L&D; initiatives
- Support with Recruitment activities as required
- Manage HR administration and update the HRIS with employee changes
- Support with a range of tasks relating to the end-to-end employee lifecycle
**The Individual**
To be successful in this role, you will have some experience in a HR Administrator/HR Coordinator or similar role and will have good knowledge of HR processes. Experience within the Retail/Hospitality industry will be extremely beneficial.
