Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement contemporary education and training opportunities for nursing teams
* Mentor colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Evaluate and improve existing education programs
Requirements
* Current registration with NMBA as a Registered Nurse
* Specialist qualifications in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing
* Experience in Clinical Supervision, as a supervisee and supervisor
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (minimum qualification) or working toward successful completion
* Demonstrated experience and/or interest in education, teaching and learning processes
* At least 5 years full time experience working within mental health services
