What You'll Do
Your core focus: Fill the sales pipeline with qualified, sales-ready appointments through proactive, professional outreach.
* Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other channels to engage prospects.
* Respond quickly to inbound/warm leads with confident, value-focused communication.
* Qualify leads using structured questions—uncover needs, assess fit (e.g., organisation size, training gaps, decision-makers), and determine sales readiness.
* Book and confirm high-quality appointments in Sales Team calendars, matching the right rep.
* Minimise no-shows with effective reminders and follow-ups.
* Maintain accurate, real-time records in Zoho CRM—log interactions, update statuses, and ensure data integrity for forecasting.
* Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Share insights on objections, lead quality, and refine scripts/strategies.
* Hit daily/weekly activity targets and KPIs to drive consistent pipeline flow.
What We're Looking For (Essential)
* Exceptional verbal communication and confident phone presence—quick to build rapport.
* Strong written skills for professional emails and LinkedIn outreach.
* Proven resilience: Comfortable with rejection, persistent, and able to maintain high energy.
* Organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management.

* Proficient with CRM systems (Zoho experience a plus) and calendar tools.
