About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Depot Coordinator to join our close-knit team in Port Hedland. This role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) and excellent career growth opportunities.
As a Depot Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations of our Pilbara business. Your responsibilities will span depot operations, warehouse management, customer service, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day depot operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
Process customer orders, quotations, and sales documentation as required
Deliver excellent customer service by managing enquiries promptly and professionally
Support sales growth initiatives and contribute to business forecasting
Coordinate stock movements, transfers, and dispatch efficiently
Conduct cyclic stocktakes
Operate a forklift for loading/unloading
Maintain warehouse KPIs and uphold WHS standards
About You
Current Forklift Licence and Australian Driver’s Licence (essential)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional workplace; retail or B2B highly regarded
Strong administration, organisational, and customer service skills
High attention to detail
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM systems desirable
Ability to identify and implement operational improvements
